I just placed my order. When will I get my tickets?
Any ticket purchase from our website will be followed by a confirmation email and E-TICKET. Please bring this e-ticket with you on the day (on your phone or printed.)
If you did not receive a confirmation email and/or e-tickets, please check your junk folder. For any further problems, please contact enquiries@salonprivelondon.com
Can my ticket be refunded or transferred to others?
Generally tickets to Salon Privé London are non-refundable, although you may transfer your ticket to another person should you be unable to attend. To transfer your ticket, please contact us at enquiries@salonprivelondon.com with your booking reference and details of the transferee.
Do I need to purchase tickets for my children?
Children aged under 5 years do not require a ticket for entry. Children aged 5-16 do require a ticket, although at a reduced price of £27.50 on Saturday. Family tickets are also available (2 adults, 2 children) at a price of £135 on Saturday.
An Adult must accompany children under 16.
What is the admission process?
When you first arrive at the gate, your e-ticket will scanned for entry (please switch of ‘dark mode’ for ease of scanning.)
As you approach the main entry into the event, security may check any bags. No entry will be permitted to the show field without a valid and correct e-ticket.
Carer tickets
We do offer a complimentary general admission ticket for the personal assistant of those who have a valid PIP or DLA. To book, we kindly ask you to send a scanned copy of your PIP or DLA to enquiries@salonprivelondon.com
Once received, we will be in touch with you about booking your tickets.
Are pets allowed?
We do not permit pets, with the exception of assistance, guide and service dogs with their authorised certification; you will need to apply for this in advance.
This is for the safety of all guests and vehicles on display. Any assistance animals must remain by the owner’s side at all times and on a lead. Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
Note that there may be sudden or load engine noise at the event which could cause your dog anxiety and stress.
What time does the event open?
In 2026 event opening will be as follows:
Thursday 16th April: 11:00–17:00
Friday 17th April: 11:00–17:00
Saturday 18th April: 10:00–17:00

Is there a Dress Code?
All guests should be smartly turned out. Gentleman are encouraged to wear a jacket — with a tie or bow-tie if dining in the Sloane. Hats are strongly encouraged on Ladies’ Day.
Please bear in mind gravel paths and lawns at the Royal Hospital Chelsea are not the best surface for stiletto heels. As an early April event, the weather may turn chilly towards the evening, so a pashmina or jacket is advised.
On Saturday, the dress code is smart, although a little more smartly casual.
Does the event include full hospitality?
Entry tickets to the event do not include food and drink, but a street food area offers a range of delicious dining options.
Lawn bars provide a range of drinks including Pommery Champagne and coffee concessions will be serving hot beverages.
You may wish to purchase Sloane hospitality tickets. These include a delicious luncheon, sweet treats afternoon tea, Pommery Champagne and complimentary full bar all day with your entry to the event.
Can I buy hospitality on the day?
Unfortunately not, hospitality must be booked in advance so that our caterers can deliver the best experience for our guests and so that dietary requirements can be accommodated.
What food is available to purchase?
Our dining village will have a range of tasty food vendors which are open from 11:00 16:30.

Calamari Canteen – Seafood featuring the famous lobster roll
Destination Burger – Smashed burgers made-to-order

Can I bring a picnic into the event?
Food and drink may not be brought into the event other than for babies. The Dining Village, bars and coffee concessions offer a wide range of food and drinks at the event.
As a central London event we strongly advise you to use public transport if possible. The venue is conveniently located close to transport links and detailed information regarding getting to the event can be found here.
Can I park at the event?
Parking is not possible at the Royal Hospital Chelsea other than a very limited number of preferential parking spaces on site for special classic or supercars. You can apply for a space here.
Is accessible parking available for people with mobility concerns?
Accessible parking is limited but available for Blue Badge holders; contact us to apply. Please ensure your badge is clearly displayed within the vehicle upon arrival.
Accessibility
The Royal Hospital Chelsea has a good level of accessibility with paths and roads at all entrances well surfaced. Please note however, that parts of the event take place on lawns with a more uneven surface.
People qualifying for accessibility tickets may apply for one personal assistant ticket. (See Carer Tickets in the section above.)
Wheelchair accessible toilets will be available near the Sloane pavilion.

Alternatively, taxis can drop off and pick up at the Bull Ring Gate Entrance of the show located on the Chelsea Embankment (SW3 4LW) which is hard paving into the show.
Can I buy Salon Privé branded merchandise?
Yes, we are delighted to launch a capsule collection in collaboration with Malman, the racing-inspired streetwear brand founded by Venezuelan racing driver Manuel Maldonado.
The collection features premium pieces including lamb suede jackets, corduroy caps, heavyweight cotton T-shirts and leather accessories.
Can I buy online?
You can buy online and also at Salon Privé London from the Malman stand. The leather keyrings are customisable with your initials and are exclusive to the event.
Assistance Dogs
Registered assistance, guide and service dogs with their authorised certification are welcome at Royal Hospital Chelsea, as well as the exhibition area of Salon Privé, but you will need to apply for this in advance. Please bear in mind that there may be sudden or very loud engine noises at the event, which might cause dogs anxiety and stress.

Salon Privé is an elegant automotive garden party and an opportunity to dress up, stand out and shine alongside a lawn full of supercars, hypercars and their classic counterparts.
Salon Privé London takes place at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, just five minutes walk from Sloane Square.
Thursday 16th April is opening day and the magnificent grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea are transformed into a luxury automotive experience.
Friday 17th April is Salon Privé Ladies’ Day and the Royal Hospital grounds light up with its endlessly chic and colourful elegance.
Saturday 18th April is Supercar day and offers an unrivalled view of the world’s most acclaimed and exciting cars – the perfect day out for friends or families.
