What makes Absolute Taste totally different is that they are owned by people who were born into food and have been suppliers to the industry for over 30 years.
Absolute Taste have a genuine desire to work directly with farmers, growers and producers; whilst using regional and local suppliers wherever possible. What they can’t source to their high standards, they grow, make, farm or mature themselves – from their own butchery, charcuterie and salt aged meats, to roasting their own coffee and maturing their own cheeses.
