Dining Village by JKS Restaurants

Car passion with culinary obsession

Salon Privé has partnered with renowned and innovative hospitality group, JKS Restaurants to provide guests a unique dining offering. This included dishes from Michelin Star Gymkhana, Indian BBQ classics by Brigadiers, cult Taiwanese experts BAO and plates from Fitzrovia’s The George and Chelsea’s The Cadogan Arms, providing pub fare that celebrates the best of British produce.

Salon Privé also featured world-class beverage options, The Pommery Champagne Bar, London Essence and a variety of other options.

BAO, inspired by travel and culture in Asia, with menus centred around baos and a range of contemporary Taiwanese dishes.

BAO at Salon Privé will feature some of their classic dishes including the Daikon Bao and Taiwanese Fried Chicken.

Brigadiers Restaurant is inspired by the army mess bars of India where military regiments met to eat, drink and socialise. Their menu is based around different methods of Indian barbecue. Guest in the Dining Village will try some of Brigadiers’ signature dishes, Tandoori Lobster Roll and the Tandoori Paneer Roll.

The Cadogan Arms

The Cadogan Arms is a much-loved Chelsea institution, restored to its former glory with a renovation that pays homage to the public house’s two centuries spent serving the local community.

At Salon Privé, the food will focus on provenance, seasonality, and traceability. The Cadogan Cheese Burger featured is a celebration of all of this and the very best of British produce.

The George

If pubs could talk, this one would have a lot to say, a central hub for the political, cultural and social movements of the late 18th century, a home to writers and poets in the 20th century, and in recent years, a favourite haunt of locals and travellers alike, The George has seen it all.

With a focus on pub fare celebrating the best of British produce, at Salon Privé, guests will have a chance to sample this in the form of the The George Pork Hot Dog, served with Beer Mustard, Caramelised Onion Gravy and Chips.

Mayfair’s Gymkhana is inspired by Indian gymkhana clubs, where members of high society socialise, dine, drink and play sport.

With a reputation for contemporary Indian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients, Gymkhana has held a Michelin star since 2014. At Salon Privé guests will have the chance to taste some of the dishes that have been on the Gymkhana menu from the very beginning, such as the Aloo Tokri Chaat; crispy ratte potatoes, chickpeas, tamarind chutney served with a sweet yoghurt.
