About the show

This year's 'Salon Privé Concours d’Élegance in association with Chubb Insurance' runs for 3 days and 3 nights culminating in the Concours Awards Ceremony on Friday 23rd July. The event, now in its fourth year, has quickly become one of the most eagerly awaited and exclusive Classic Car events in the UK, with entry by invitation only.  So exclusive is Salon Privé that guests are limited to 800 per day and 600 per night with all tickets booked in advance.

An uncompromisingly luxurious occasion

Guests are treated to a staggering display of vintage Super & Luxury Cars, worth well in excess of £100 million, all beautifully and openly displayed on the lawns of the prestigious Hurlingham Club.  This year sees a number of incredibly rare motor cars being released from private collections for the event as well as several coming from overseas. The rarity and exclusivity of many of the motor cars entered in this year's 'Salon Privé Concours d'Elégance in association with Chubb Insurance' will further endorse the organiser's claim to it being the most exclusive Concours d'Elégance in the UK. This year's collection spans 90 years of real craftsmanship and automotive excellence with rare Bugatti's, Hispano Suiza's and Delahaye's joining the best examples of Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati and De Tomaso to name but a few.

A Fantastic Atmosphere

The 'Salon Privé Concours d'Elégance in association with Chubb Insurance', like other international Concours events, has become renowned for its exclusivity and relaxing, intimate and luxurious style. A Garden Party atmosphere infuses the event during the daytime and in the evenings the stunning grounds and fabulous display of cars are subtly lit, transforming the event into a magical spectacle. With its high profile guests and mixture of live performances and innovative activities, Salon Privé has rapidly become one of the most eagerly anticipated events on the English Social Calendar.

The Winners

Friday 23rd July sees Derek Bell MBE and his celebrity judges judging all the classes before their Winners are chosen and consequently paraded through the grounds to the delight of the daytime guests to collect their awards.

During the evening, the Awards Ceremony, along with the prestigious ‘Best of Show’ will be presented after dinner, before the evening entertainment ensues.
